McKinley School Garden (Environmental Center)

At the center of the school building is a vegetable-harvesting, shade-providing, winding-pathway garden run entirely by volunteers - but it needs current families to keep it growing! Weather permitting, the garden is scheduled to be open for the students on Thursdays during recess. The first garden recess of the school year will be Thursday, Sept. 13th. Can't make it on Thursdays? There are still plenty of ways to help our garden grow: volunteer for a weekend shift to water or weed; bring your ideas to the garden committee; sign up to be a kindergarten liaison.
